Founder and owner/operator, Renato Gagliardi, started a one-man operation from his garage in 1986 selling frozen chicken products door-to-door in a van. Soon after growing a large clientele, he not only sold chicken, but also other meats and frozen seafood. Eventually, due to the high volume of sales, he was forced out of his garage and into a unit where the business continued to grow and strive to what it has become now. This successful family owned and operated seafood and meat business has been meeting the needs of all areas of the foodservice industry for over 25 years.
We currently have a wholesale division and a retail store which is controlled and run by the Gagliardi Family.
